 through Formation of Enterprise (CEFE)

"CEFE Kosova" is an association in Kosova. The association was established in September 2005, after very successful introduction of CEFE in Kosova through the first courses held in the very beginning of 2005. 

"CEFE Kosova" was founded by the first group of CEFE trainers in Kosova.

Trainings with CEFE methodology, for the first time come in Kosova, after a successful program organized by the GTZ German Technical Cooperation, Office in Prishtina (link: www.gtz.de )

CEFE has been introduced in more then 130 countries during the last 15 years and is practiced by an international network of about 1.700 organizations and more than 3.000 people.

An extensive evaluation of CEFE's activities worldwide, organized by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, showed:

- Participants declare CEFE to be useful or very useful :

      - For the development of their entrepreneurial competencies: 91%,

      - For their personal development: 93%,

      - For the development of their business: 86%.

- 98% of existing entrepreneurs claim that their income and turnover increased by at least  

  30% after going through a CEFE training.

- 45% of participants of courses for potential entrepreneurs became successful entrepreneurs.
